Missed who, can we miss what we have not found

A month since I last wrote, caused partly by lack of time, but mostly due to hardware issues. The good news is that we are up and running again, and at almost peak performance. Just installed a new hard drive with the assistance of Tom Chod

The old drive had become unstable, and I didn’t want to loose any files before a backup could be made. Apart from the frustration of searching for device drivers and reinstalling software programs I quite enjoyed the experience. Need to get a dvd writable drive and back up to disk I think whilst on the subject. There was few scary moments when the thought of loosing all my digital images at any moment was grim. Beyond that, tons of work, mostly experimental, learning, tips and tricks that I hope to one day when time allows get up here.
